Online First Consultation
First consultations are via video call where the specific dietary problems will be discussed in-depth and the appropriate dietary treatment will then be administered. Patient goals and objectives will then be discussed and decided upon in conjunction with the patient’s requirements and dietary preferences. The development of your diet and eating plan will take into consideration the dietary preferences of each patient in order to provide effective dietary advice which is easy to follow and provides result

Online Follow Up Consultation
The second assessment is essentially a follow-up in which the patient gives feedback on the diet and exercise regime assigned to him/her. These plans are streamlined to eradicate any problems which the patient may have experienced with the diet and exercise regimes in order to make them more practical and doable. Blood results and supplemental regimes are also reviewed.
Duration: 45 minutes

Online DNA Feedback Session
In this session, the results of your DNA tests will be discussed. You will have a clear understanding of your genetic make up and will receive guidelines to implement into your diet and lifestyle to optimise your health. Diet adjustments, exercise plans and supplement recommendations will also be discussed. You will receive an information pack including your test results, Diet recommendations and supplement suggestions.

Online 5 Week weight loss package
This weight loss program includes 5 weekly session of 15 minute consultations to keep you on track with your weight loss plan. These packages are ideal for weight loss or patients needing intensive help with weight gain. Clear weekly goals will be set out and a mealplan formulated to achieve these goals.
Duration: 15 minutes for 5 weeks

Online Test Feedback Session
Book a 60 minute consultation if you have done any of the other tests offered by Chocnutrition. This includes Adrenal Stress Test, Amino acid test, Stool analysis test or normal blood tests. In this session your results will be explained to you in detail and a treatment strategy will be advised alongside the necessary diet and lifestyle interventions.
